We have been comeing here on and off for over 10 years think this will be our last time.GOOD POINTS, Staff are marvoulous helpful friendly cant do enough for you .FOOD is good something for everyone drinks choice good.We have an adapted room which is large and comftable plenty of room for our scooters.Bathroom large with walk in shower lower sink rail by toilet come to negatives in minute .NOW NEGATIVES.the entertainment not that good dont sing only mime same songs most nights the volume is unexatable so loud its better suited to a Stadium even with our windows shut it so loud why do they have to shout no need .Pool area same complaint music way too loud no need spoils the relaxing vibes.chairs as so uncomfatable for people with disabalties that cant use sun beds hard metal that go so far back that the edge cuts into your leg whoever thought of them never sat on them .Same goes for the seating in the lobby bar not comfartable at all since it was all changed there are 6 comfartable chairs 2on each level which people fight for .THEY SEEM TO HAVE GROUPS OF YOUNGSTERS COME TO THIS HOTEL NOW WHO LOVE TO MAKE THAT MUCH NOISE UNTIL ONE OCLOCK GONE IN THE MORNING SHOUTING SWEARING AND SCREAMING AT ONE ANTHOR.FINALY Lack of disabled toilet fauciltys there is one disabled toilet which is in the dineing room area before the entrance was altered it was easy to get too not so now to get to other toilets that havent got disabled access you have to go outside and back in again as there are two lots of steps.Going back to bathroom there is a pull down seat but its in the wrong position tjere are no grab rails in the shower curtain is too short so water escapes the floor is slippy when wet .

We arrived late on the 8th of May, we was greeted by a friendly staff,who told us that dinner was about to finish,so we left our cases at reception and ate,after we ate we was all checked in by the reception and told us where our rooms were,opening our rooms,the first impressions were that they were clean and the air con was left on,when we went for breakfast the following morning there was everything you could want,the staff was friendly and polite,nothing was too much trouble for them,the hotel is positioned well,5 mins walk to the beach, shops and local bus stop,all in all we've had a great holiday, the only thing for us was that one of our party was Muslim so the food choices for her was limited

Hotel is a shambles no entertainment for children at all, there's nothing for children to do. This hotel is aimed for 50 years plus to get drunk, so false advertising. No children's food just sweets, so paid for takeaway food, No internet, family room there is no privacy at all, roadworks outside the hotel, human bodily fluids in the hallway of the hotel paid to leave early.

I liked the friendly and welcoming staff, as they were polite and professional and quickly solved any issues. I also liked that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it good for rest. The food was very good with a nice variety, and the pool areas were pleasant for relaxation. In addition, the location was very good, with easy access to public transport and many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby.

I didn’t like that the room was quite dark because the lighting was not good. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made it uncomfortable to use. Also, tap water was not safe to drink, and there were not enough updated drinking water supplies provided in the room. In addition, although the food was generally good, some were not always fresh.
