Sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal . Die Mitarbeiter der Roof Top Bar können sich in Sachen Freundlichkeit und Bedienung noch verbessern, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Sehr schade die Bar ist super schön. Besonders lobenswert sind die beiden Pool Herren am Morgen und Salvatore speziell….. sehr aufmerksam und immer für das Wohl der Gäste bemüht😀

Wij komen hier al voor de 4e keer en het blijft genieten! Van het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijt, de comfortabele ligbedden met de heerlijke dikke kussens bij het zwembad. Het lieve personeel wat ons weer herkende en echt alles voor je doen om je vakantie zo zorgeloos mogelijk te maken. De ligging van het hotel heerlijk aan de zee en mooie boulevard. Het was weer geweldig!

had a wonderful stay in. The location was perfect for exploring the city — easy to reach everything on foot. Restaurant was a real highlight; the food was excellent and the service warm. The breakfast was fantastic, with great views to start the day. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hotel Faro.

Alles was perfect , zeer vriendelijk personeel , was top ervaring . Wij komen al 25 jaar naar Gran Canaria , hebben er ook een villa , maar hij wordt ook verhuurd , en soms hebben we een andere slaapplaats nodig , daarmee . Groetjes , Danny & Nancy

The room, the view, the massages.

Food can be improved, Car park space for guest check ins and check outs should be arranged. Too much relied on the app. People maybe want to go on holiday and disconnect, whilr like this they are obliged to stay on the app all the time, moreover the app does not give the right info. I had to skip dinner because the closure time of the kitchen on the app was wrong and also the employees at bar and reception gave me the wrong time! Dinner closing at 21h30 at buffet and 22h at rooftop is really too early for a 5 star hotel in Spain in summer when sunset is at 21h30!
