La ubicación ,el personal del bar terraza y del comedor amable ,la comida aceptable

El deterioro del hotel ,las camas bajísimas,las Toallas de baño impresentables , y en exteriores ni un baño accesible todos bajando y subiendo escaleras, y el personal de recepción cero empatía y cero información
