Well situated Clean Good food

Staff unhelpful. I asked about an iron. I was told ironing was done externally. No details were provided. I asked if I want to have stuff taken away to iron how soon I'd get them back. She shrugged and said she didnt know. Rooms not sound proof. For 2 of the 3 nights I spent I could hear other guests outside at 4am laughing loudly, that was very poor indeed

"A great start to our holiday on Gran Canaria"

The hotel was perfect, close to the airport and easy parking. friendly reception staff. The swimming pool was beautiful. lovely location near the sea and promenade. Breakfast and evening meal buffets both very good with lots of choices.

Hotel na skvělém místě, přímo u pláže a promenády. Jednoduchá dostupnost na autobus a do všech míst, která při dovolené potřebujete.

Mírná nespokojenost se stravováním, dost omezená nabídka ovoce a zeleniny, menší výběr jídla nejen pro dietáře.

Die Lage sehr schoen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmereinrichtung.

Das man teilweise lange warten musste bis man einen Fruehstueckstisch bekam. Pool nicht beheizt.

Nice swimming pool Good location (resutrants, supermarket, convenient as a start point with a car)

Bad breakfast (got sick) The bed is awful! My husband and I are actually tired after this vacation because it was so uncomfortable The room is small and pretty dark You need to pay extra for switching the swimming pool towels, parking, staying at the swimming pool after check out.

"Bardzo komfortowy wypoczynek"

Piękna lokalizacja blisko plaży. Hotel ma wszystko co jest potrzebne do idealnych wakacji. Wygodne, dobrze wyposażone, przestronne pokoje. Praktycznie wszystkie mają widok na wodę. Duży i bardzo zadbany teren hotelu. Dużo leżaków i miejsc do spędzania czasu. Dwa bary. Przepyszne jedzenie!

Sprzątanie pokoi było poprawne. Nie były wymieniane ręczniki. Mały wybór drinków z all inclusive.
