Bisher auf unserer 3 wöchigen Portugal- Reise von Porto kommend, das grösste Zimmer und optimal ausgestattet.

Irgendwie haben wir in bereits gefühlt 5 Hotels von 10 immer das Glück , Haare vom Vorgänger zu finden. Dieses Mal, nicht wie so oft im Bad, sondern auf dem neu bezogenen Bett. Ich finde, das Personal sollte dahingehend mehr das Augenmerk darauf richten.

As many other comments, I will strongly recommend this hotel, for many reasons: from the reception area, restaurant, rooms, lounge, swimming pools,...it's a middle structure (I mean not industrial, the hotel remains family-run) but very professional. At the restaurant, many of the dishes changes with every meal (from Portuguese recipes, to Lebanese, Greek for example, fresh vegetables,fruits,...everybody could find what he wants. If I had to point one thing: the food tended to get cold a little too quickly. This handle fresh food with hygien rules, quality, various recipes. I can't forget how the cook, barmen, reception, kids club,,...were so kind.. My children were happy, they could drink mocktails, swim safely and above all, kindness of waiters/waitresses...The rooms are spacious enough, cleaning is good, and there are also parkings, easy to find a place. There are concerts some days. My children and I felt completely at ease, Whether you're young or old, you'll feel great. Thanks to all the staff

Bartenders staff were not smile and sometimes rude. Entertainment very, very poor 😢

We stayed at The Patio Suite Hotel in Albufeira, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The food is delicious, the hotel is spotlessly clean, but the real magic is the people working there. They are incredibly kind, sweet, and go out of their way to help you with everything. A special huge thank you to the lovely ladies in the breakfast team – they went above and beyond for our 6-month-old baby. They prepared fresh homemade vegetable purée for him every time I asked. A special shoutout to the guy at the reception during our first two days — he was so attentive and caring. He explained everything, helped us with our room, carried our luggage, and even offered a small bathtub for the baby because our room only had a shower. Such a thoughtful touch! We also arrived late, and they let us have food in our room, which was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. And on my birthday, they even helped organize flower delivery to the hotel. I was so touched. The staff always greet you with a smile, remember you, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere. Please, if you stay here — leave them a tip. They absolutely deserve it. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Cleanliness, staff and atmosphere. Facilities were great, and also the food.

We arrived from the airport at 11.15 am. Despite check-in being 4.00pm, we were immediately allocated our room, which was unbelievably beautiful. We were also advised that we could go for lunch and, having been on the go since 2.00am, we were delighted to take up this offer. The food on offer was very tasty, varied and well presented and the staff could not have been more helpful in enlightening us on the restaurant set up. Wine waiters were very attentive. And that was just our first couple of hours in this fantastic hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness, fantastic staff especially Sao and Mica at breakfast time, who were constantly teaching us new words to say in Portuguese, beautiful suite and even the courtesy bus which took us into Albufeira Old Town. We also managed to walk over to Olhas d'Agua on a couple of occasions - a small town nearby sitting right on the beach, a 40 minutes walk away, where we enjoyed a few lovely, chilled pints of Sagres beer at £1.50 per pint. All in all, a fantastic trip and highly recommended!
