no breakfast, location relative to usm is good.

stairs too difficult, no car can access the fron area of the hotel, table is too small i could NOT put my computer even!

Location n cleanliness. Easy to check in, but should still have a staff in premises at least till 8pm

The auto door lock for the bedroom doors works too fast, and caused several guests to be locked out. No way to hold the bedroom door open while going next door for awhile. No staff at premises and we had to call owner to come and help when we face problems.

Very clean, and well equipped with necessities including kettle, garment steamer, hair dryer, tv and fridge. Eateries and convenience stores are also all nearby

The steps mostly, because I have bad knees :)
