This property was unbelievably beautiful. We were met with a warm and smiley welcome from Melanie, special shout out to her, she was so attentive, happy and so helpful, she really went that extra mile to make our stay amazing. The resort was stunning, so quirky and beautiful, with hidden pools and little nooks to go and retreat to, or a hidden mineral spa, to the dining room in the tree tops, this place is truly magical! I cannot wait to return, we only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed for many more, we were very sad to leave :-( The food was delicious too, very tasty and worth the wait, everything is made from scratch and very natural/eco friendly which we really appreciated. All in all I would highly recommend this magical place, definitely a resort you will remember for life. Jennie and Calum

Let me start by saying that no photos or videos will ever do justice to the beauty, tranquility, and peace found at Belize Boutique Resort and Spa. Every single inch of the property is thoughtfully and intentionally designed allowing you to feel like you are literally interacting with a labor of love. Yes, it’s remote and cell-phone service and wifi is confined to mostly one part of the property, but that is exactly why we chose to stay there—it was an incredible way to disconnect and be present with one another and nature—absolutely no regrets!! Every staff member was attentive, kind, and helpful—from the owners Melanie and Merickston who provided exceptional information preparing us for our trip and ensuring this birthday celebration was unforgettable, to our wait staff, masseuses and don’t even get me started on the passion and joy Amilcar and Delwin brought to each excursion as our tour guides. Bonus, if you’re contemplating which excursions to do, make sure you sign up for cave tubbing and zip lining with Delwin—you won’t regret it! Each meal we had was absolutely delicious and the thoughtfulness that goes into the menu made us excited to see what we would experience next! From the surprise birthday cake to kick off our trip, to the delicious in-house made breads and pastas, to the freshest fish and ingredients, nothing disappointed! This property was amazing. Everything was natural and organic. The service was top notch and the mud massage is a "must do"! Will definitely visit again.

Melanie, Nicky and all the team at Belize Boutique Resort made us feel as family friends and that was a wonderful feeling. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the perfect setting for a very relaxing vacation. A special mention for Melanie's extraordinary organizational skills, Nicky's eclectic an pleasant selection of music and videos and the chef's talent (unforgettable pasta with lobster, really really tasty). A perfect getaway.

Melanie and Nick were great host and so are all the staff in the Resort. We were welcomed and provided complimentary anniversary package upon arrival. Very responsive staff and great customer service. We appreciated the opportunity to experience Belize as a whole by visiting places outside the resort as well. Great experience overall. We would have loved to have Wi-Fi Access in the rooms or in additional areas instead of the pool side. It was however a great opportunity to decompress.

Amazing!! My wife said it reminded her of the television show Fantasy Island. Anythying you wanted, all you had to do was ask. The owners (Melanie & Nicky) greet everyone and make you feel welcome. With only 20 rooms, you know everyone and they remember you. The couples mud massage was excellent!! They book anything for you...transport to and from airport, excursions, and spas. When others went on excursions we had the resort to ourselves.....literally the only ones in the pool or mineral bath. As close to paradise as you will ever find!!

Belize Boutique Resort and Spa is an absolute treasure! I had such a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful resort. Melanie and her staff made our stay extra special. Everyone was more than willing to accommodate our needs. From the food, ease of transportation and booking tours, to COVID testing and the spa this place is light years ahead of other resorts. I can't wait for our next visit!
