H10 Timanfaya Palace

We have stayed here before and always recommend The H10 Timanfaya Palace to everyone. The whole hotel is clean and decorated to a high standard. The service is excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and food is of high quality. We like the location, which is a short walk to lots of shops.

A great resort, very comfortable. We had a nice large ocean view. Food was good, but all buffet style unless you pay extra for the restaurant. I recommend half board so that you can spend a meal outside the resort each day. I stayed here with my girlfriend in early December, we are both 25, and I would say that we were the only ones in our age group for most of our stay. The resort is popular with 50+ at least during that time of year, but it did seem to get younger as we moved toward Christmas and kids got out of school.

I just cant fault this hotel ..... clean and spotless .. excellent friendly staff ...great choice of food ..... courtesy room available for late check out.... above all peaceful and quiet .... Ill be back !

Excellent on all aspects of the holiday, room comfort, restaurante food, , entertainment, friendliness of staff and closeness to a lovely beech and of course, the WEATHER..

This was my second time to stay in Timanfaya Palace and I would highly recommend it .... Location is fantastic , Hotel is spotless , Food is excellent and the staff are friendly and polite ....I will definitely be back .

Very enjoyable, no real problems, top class hotel. it was difficult to find the room on arrival due to lack of signs, reception had offered help which we should have accepted; so not really a complaint. Room clean, staff helpful and corteous. Excellent location on the beach close to everything.

The hotel was well maintained, very clean. The Kasbah restaurant in the hotel was cool. The foyer/bar area were chilly most nights. Our room was a long walk from the lift.

This hotel for couples! The building is impressive, clean and in good condition. The location is great, right on the coast with walks to resturants, shops and cafes along the coast in both directions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked for bed and breakfast (the breakfasts were lovely) however I would not recommend half board or fully inclusive as the self service 'cafeteria' atmosphere in the main resturaunt is not very relaxing or romantic! The pool area is lovely with two pools and plenty of sun and shade. The gym was not good - no treadmill, old machines which I couldn't adjust, and no air conditioning so very hot.

Very well organised and efficient. Staff very helpful and very clean and tidy. Food and selection excellent combined with convenient location. Only problem was furniture remover in room above!!

Very good hotel, close to the beach, harbour and places to eat out. The breakfast in the morning is superb, although we would not recommend eating at the hotel in the evening. Only slight moan is you can not pay for items there and then in the hotel as you have to pay at reception at another time. For the price and type of island you can not ask for much more from this hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in Lanzarote and the hotel.
