Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport

Room was not a suite, but we knew that when we booked it. Room was well appointed, nicely lit, and used space well. Bed was comfortable. Nice bath and coffee areas as well. Love their breakfasts!!! Happy Hour was a total joke. The "rules" about what qualified for free were never posted and were very complicated. Turned out the complimentary liquor was almost non-drinkable. It was an absolute insult to the guest. They need a different program. I would have been happier with a $2 off coupon. Oh, and the "restaurant" is in the same atrium area as breakfast and happy hour. Hardly a cozy/clubby atmosphere. Food was disappointing too.

We were in Denver for a 11 hour layover and stayed here for the night to get some sleep. We arrived to the hotel around 9pm and were checked in efficiently. We went up to our room and when we walked in we actually laughed. This was not a suite. This was a teeny, tiny room that had room for the queen bed, and small desk, a small bathroom, and that was it. We knew we were only going to be in the room for 8 hours, so we decided to just get dressed for bed and try to go to sleep. BTW - In looking at the fire escape map on the door, it appeared that this was one of 4 rooms on floor 2 that were tucked away near the corners, and very very small. My guess is they use this room to adjoin the adjacent room to make a bigger suite when needed. The room was on the warm side, so we turned up the AC to 72 degrees as the window did not open. That is when the real problem started. The AC sounded like a freight train. It was so incredibly noisy, to the point it kept me awake and continued to wake me up every time it cycled on. We finally gave up at 5am, took a quick shower and we headed back to the airport. Will we stay here again? No.

Die Zimmergrösse und die Lage der Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens waren sehr gut. Die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu stornieren und vorher nichts zu bezahlen war sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers liess sehr zu wünschen übrig (siehe Fotos). Das in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde, dass die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel kostenpflichtig sind und für 3 Stunden 6 US-Dollar an der Schranke bezahlt werden mussten. Der Barkeeper fasste erst Bargeld an und danach, ohne Hände zu waschen, Limonen-Stücke anfässt die in den Drink eines Gastes kamen. Zum Preis von 148 CHF für eine Nacht hätte ich ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erwartet. Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht einer 4 Sterne Kategorie.

Breakfast was OK. Beds were decent. KONE had awesome working elevators. Pool was great, super clean. Hot tub too! Weight room was nice. Off street parking was good so we didn't have to pay and food options around were nice.

But snacks for the evening hour were gross. One room AC did not work and it was sooooo hot.Staff didn't really explain the benefits but I asked and we figured it out. The pool table was there but was closed up.

Super easy checkin and friendly staff. Place is cool with a bar/restaurant in the middle and the rooms around.
