Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, Parkplatz gab es am Haus nicht mehr aber man konnte vergünstigt im Parkhaus in der Nähe für 15 Euro/Tag parken

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Verfügbarkeit des Tiefgaragenplatzes.

Unser straßenseitiges Zimmer war sehr laut, keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr heiß. Badezimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt.

"Goed weekend gehad in mooie omgeving"

De ligging dicht bij de oude stad en de meeste monumenten. Paar minuten lopen maar. De aanwezige inpandige autoparkeerplaats was wel wat ingewikkeld, vrij klein en steile oprit maar wel fijn zeker omdat in het weekeind dat we er verbleven in Parijs gevoetbald werd en het hier in Rouaan ook onrustig was in deze buurt, ongelofelijk veel rumoer en gedoe vanwege de overwinning.

Was wel wat warm in de kamer, maar met de aanwezige ventilator wel te doen.

Fantastic location

Property looked a bit tired and our room on the street side was noisy - noisy cars and bikes till early hours and noisy party in flat opposite started at 6am!

Le bruit de la rue (chambre donnant sur l"avenue) Un appartement rempli de jeunes probablement très alcoolisés a fait du bruit une bonne partie de la nuit

"Ett trevligt, centralt boende till rimligt pris."

Centralt, rent, hade allt som behövs på rummet men en del satt lite på sniskan och nerslitet på sina ställen. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var bra.

Det fanns inget jag inte gillade. Möjligen den unkna lukten i hissen.

Super Lage-alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Garage gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir sind rein und auch wieder rausbekommen :) und nicht zu vergessen: eine sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption!
