"First class stay for the money."

After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor booked a room for the night before flying to Canada and Alaska for four weeks the following day. The room was very comfortable and spacious for the price, could not fault the room, shower and the bedding, first class. Staff very helpful, cannot comment on the breakfast, as had to be on an early plane at Heathrow, bus shuttle to the terminal first class and cheap. Have recommended to our family members to use this hotel before their flights later this year.

Great room for overnight stay before early flight. Easy and cheap to catch bus to Heathrow Central. Clean and comfortable.

All good, boys in nearby rooms a bit noisy, slamming doors and running in corridor but it wasn’t late. Just that I needed early night!!

"Lovely but the smell made me not want to stay in the bathroom for long."

Beautiful and classy.

There was a horrible smell in the toilet/ bathroom, like drainage. Even with the air freshener.
