Comfortable and clean.

Air conditioning did not work well and of course you couldn't open a window. Felt stuffy and hot. Not ideal. Light bulb in lamp not working. Poor checking.

Close to airport, rooms were everything I needed for my stop over. Rooms are very clean.

When checking in, I asked if there was a late check out. I was being served by someone new, which was £10 per hour after additional. He asked the other guy, who said are you not going to use your discretion to waive it. Then he said, do you want you want to. So he charged me. If I had the other guy, I would have gotten it for free. That sucks!

"Great stay near the airport"

The room was very nice, staff were friendly and the hotel food was incredible. Great location to the airport, would definitely stay here again.

The only thing they didn't have that I needed was international stamps to mail out a few postcards. Other than that they had everything I could have wanted.
