Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

Very convenient to Heathrow. Bed was super comfortable. Room very clean and excellent AC

Lobby bar was a bit loud but food was great!!

We had a fantastic executive room overlooking runway and access to the private lounge

Staff were ok but a little slow . More staff needed on reception desk .

Easy check-in and check-out, friendly and efficient receptionist, comfortable room and nice bathroom, good bed, bar open until midnight so we could get a glass of wine even with our very late arrival. Also grateful for the shuttle bus back to the airport every half hour.

Extremely dim lighting in the entire suite. No place to put on make-up! This is not the first place I've found this and it always makes me wonder if the hotel thinks only businessMEN stay. Also we had to call housekeeping for sheets for the sofa bed even though we had reserved for three people. They did come very promptly, however.

Very convenient, good value for being so close to Heathrow airport with parking. The staff were helpful and the room was a good size.

The air conditioning did not work. The room was oppressively hot and airless. We contacted the reception desk, but no action was taken to rectify the problem.
