No A/C in our room. We were transferred to another room with a/c. Better description when booking would help

Great location. Spacious and comfortable room.

Noisy- The windows weren’t airtight enough, so we had a lot of noise from the street at night and on the morning we woke up very early due to a massive noise from the plumbing of other rooms.

This hotel is located in the best part of Santa Barbera, very nice, historic but I see what they charge on the weekends and wow, very high for this hotel! The owner was very nice and took the time to talk to us, I would stay there again, only if I got it on a week day price...

The pool area is a little cluttered, need to get rid of some of the older statures, and clean up the fountain at the end of the pool.

Nice location in Santa Barbara and the room was "roomy" with a kitchen

The place is overpriced for the condition of the property (well worn). The check in person was disinterested and rude. Instead of taking my information (which I already entered on the web site, so why is a duplication of this effort even necessary) he sent me a text link to fill the information out myself. Why even have a check in person?
