It's a really lovely hotel, decorated with great care. We felt very comfortable there.

Cute and quiet

Everything was good

Overcharged for the stay (price dropped significantly nearer the date) and was not given any advanced warning or accomodation. On top of that I was put in a room under a noisy party going on all weekend.

Location

The place is in dire need of a proper remodel. The carpet and furniture were dirty and covered in an oil film. They try and make you sign a waiver before checking in that you absolve them from issues with bedbugs, huge red flag. They have free parking, but it's first come first serve, you will likely not find a spot if you try and park after dinner, you will likely lose your spot if you leave for dinner. Location was the only redeeming quality. Tide pool villas (co-owned by them) is similar, slightly less old but still needs an update. Bedsheets were clean but some sheets had holes and old stains. The pool seems popular but we didn't use it. They have a waffle maker for Bfast but guests often left batter on the plates that got caked / burnt in and left as is. They do have happy hour but I wouldn't have more than a single glass of wine unless you want a headache.
