Staff were very rude

I liked nothing about this motel it was horrible. The owner of this facility needs to visit it more often. Look upon his grounds to see what needs to be fixed. It doesn't make any sense for these people to own these hotels and know that they look like they look and not come in and fix them. We get that you have become rich from people staying at your hotels so it will be nice if they were a little nicer to the owner. You should think about if your family was staying at this hotel. What would they say.

I didn't like the fact that when I got there I couldn't check-in early. It did not say on the website. That I needed cash upon approaching the facility. So once I got there, I was told that I needed cash. So I had to leave back out to get cash, which was a $100 deposit. Secondly. I had my 61-year-old mother with me. She uses a Walker when it came time to take in at 4I was told the the elevator did I did not go to the 6th floor which we were on? So once we got off the 5th floor with my mother I had to carry her up. The steps to the 6th floor. Well, so that there was nothing that they could do upon being there. There was another young lady there. That was trying to take in also at 4 o'clock, and her room was not ready. And she was there also with her grandmother and her 2 kids. The young lady that was working the desk at the time was a little nasty and unprofessional. I worked in customer service before and what happened to you? Trying to help the customer be more satisfied with their state. I was not. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was there the first night which was a Saturday night. My mother said that she heard somebody jiggling the door handle on sunday we had got back from being on the beach, and my mother was in the room. What were the joining rooms and said? She heard someone trying to open the door I go out my door and turn the corner, and I see someone and I holler out to them, and they sped up walking away. I only seen the back of him. But I know that he was a young guy, white or Asian or Mexican, I do not know I'll sing the back of him. He had on black pants and a black shirt, and no, he was not putting flyers in the door because once I got back to the room, I opened the door and nothing fell out of the door once again. To get people into their rooms a little quicker. The owner and whoever needs to come together and pay these housekeepers more money.

Staff is terrible yelling throwing hand telling you to get the f over it didnt get keys to my room until after 5pm bc it was dirty another women room was on a floor the elevator wasnt going to and has her elderly mother with a walker w her and was told oh well figure it out room had piece of ceiling come down carpet was dirty floor in kitchen and bathroom felt slimy lamp was at a lean lighting sucks burners on stove didnt work no pan to cook in over paid for sea view got a view of the building beside us no balcony no chairs outside to sit in pools was so dirty ppls names was carved in the tiles hot tubs was all of 60-70 degrees check out the staff was rude bc we was checking out at 8:30am and needed $100 deposits back this place should owe me money for staying there and being treated like crap

We had to buy a mop and bleach to clean the floors because they were so dirty and the carpet was very dirty The bathroom was very small, so small the door hit the toilet and wouldn’t open fully The motel is very run down and over all just a dirty place The pot smell is horrible from all over the property

Mostly clean in room. Daughter's room was mildew smelling. This place is very old, very beat up (has obviously survived many storms & uncaring owners/guests) but someone is making an effort to fix some things. Much cracked & broken concrete walkways are being repaired. We did not feel like we were in a dangerous place, as we have in other places. Beach access very easy, right out gate at pool. With a little care on your own part, you can stay & enjoy the ocean and beach. You get what you pay for...
