Modern Apartment Near Cathedral -best Location

It's close to the Old town, very warm and comfortable!!

Location , Clean , Free Car park

Furnitures are a bit older , but works fine

everything was nice and really modern

just there is no lift and have to climb 3 floors with luggage

It was a really wonderful stay. everything is modern and comfortable. 10 mins walk to everything.

I wouldn't recommend booking this place—the apartment is run down, things dont work, and the booking process is overly complicated and stressful. As mentioned, the place looks run down, not as nice as in the pictures. There are stains over the sofa, the walls have marks of pens and the bedroom and bathroom cupboard is falling apart. After making the booking and payment, they suddenly demand you to sign an additional terms and condition form from their side, otherwise you won't get the key code for the entrance. I.e. either you sign or you loose your money. The additional terms they make you sign have many clauses which demand compensation for various things that can go wrong, e.g. extra cleaning needs, etc. Even though there is not even a handover in person to sign off existing damages in the apartment. All the risk is on your side ... very dodgy. Furthermore, there is no personal contact, no phone contact, only the weird communication through booking.com via email. They claim that their Whatsapp was not available because it depends on the shift working. I.e. Good luck communicating with them. Last but not least, the heating for the shower was not working right away. Only by trail and error we could get it working. The TV didn't work at all, firstly the remote did not allow directly selecting the receiver—only through fiddling around we could build a connection. But then the receiver demanded a PIN, which was not noted anywhere in the apartment.
