Management is friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.
Have been staying here for years. It has changed hands a few times. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They stated the new owners are remodeling the rooms one at a time. Other than that, the room we were in was a little dated, the tv speaker was buzzing, the toilet seat was loose and the room air freshener was overpowering. we unplugged the air freshener and the other things were very minor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That's the main things we were concerned about.

Quiet, nice property near the lake. Perfect for a night stay while visiting the area to fish.
Perfect bang for your buck! I wouldnt say the room was out dated but its definitely not your fanciest. Its perfect if your looking for a room to spend a few hours a day in while you take a break from the lake and to sleep. Has your basic amenities that you would expect such as a coffee pot and mini fridge. As long as your not looking for a high end hotel and just wanting somewhere comfortable and quiet to stay this is the place for you! Highly recommend and definitely coming to stay on my next trip to lake fork!

Clean older motel with an excellent staff. For the price and location, the facility was an excellent place for fishing accommodations.
Pool hours are short Room was clean and cool
Overall very good for the price. Friendly and courteous staff. Better mattresses would be best improvement.
The only con about the place was the beds and the pros were that it was clean, extremely affordable, the pool wasn't super crowded and access to the lake was on point.
