Apartamentos Mar Blau

The hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, and the apartment was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed assistance.

On the negative side, the location can be misleading. The property's website description suggests that it is directly in front of the sea, but in reality the beach is about a 5-minute drive away or approximately a 20-minute walk. This should be explained more clearly to avoid creating the wrong expectations. Another disappointing aspect was the bar by the pool. The staff was not particularly welcoming. The prices were quite high, while the food quality did not justify the cost. What left a particularly negative impression was being charged €0.10 for a small paper coffee cup that my daughter was using to pretend to drink coffee with us. Although the amount itself is insignificant, the gesture felt unnecessary and unfriendly. As a result, we decided not to have coffee at the bar for the rest of our stay.

anche se non specificato, gli asciugami del bagno e della cucina venivano cambiati quasi tutti i giorni, venivano rifatti i letti e pulito il bagno. Sarebbe meglio specificarlo nella vostra descrizione, in questo modo il cliente lo sa e lo apprezza! la piscina è molto pratica anche per bimbi piccoli (noi eravamo con la nostra bimba di 16 mesi) e l'acqua non era mai fredda. La spiaggia di Son Bou (bellissima e attrezzata) è poco distante anche se però noi siamo andati anche li in macchina avendo la bimba e molte cose da portare tra giochi, teli ecc.

l'aria condizionata dell'appartamento non è regolabile. O accesa o spenta e per regolare la temperatura deve intervenire il tecnico, super disponibile, ma deve intervenire lui ovviamente in orario lavorativo
