"Not what I expected!!"

The location

The walls were paper thin, and every night about 12:00 midnight it was a little child running and playing, over my head both nights. I called the front desk both nights and they say security was sent up there , but nothing got done, it kept me up all night. It was annoying, I will never stay here again!!

Location and clean

Asked for a English muffin not toasted.because I was going to do it up in my kitchen,after 10 minutes I asked when will they be bringing out the muffin and the lady said she check, so she put her phone away and went out back then came back to say it was coming a few moments after that a young man brought it out.
