Apartamentos Nouvilas

Near the sea in a lovely quiet town. Spacious. Clean. Modern. Nice bed linen. Original shutters to windows. Full length shutters to balconies.

The single bed wasn’t great. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror.

The location was amazing and the host very friendly and attentive.

- We were able to check-in early at no extra cost - Location is perfect; close to the beach + restaurants - Friendly, responsive hosts - Parking is secure - Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped

- Aircon is in the living room only, so it may take a while to cool the whole apartment if needed - Stairs to the apartment are a little steep and dark (no issue for us, but may be difficult for some)

Originally we were told that check in could not be done before 16:30. However when we explained we were arriving by train a 1400 & would then be waiting 2 1/2 hours, they made a special effort and we were able to check in with our suitcases immediately on arrival.

This is favorite type apartment place to take friends for weekend Costa Brava stay, just few minutes walk from train station

Nothing really, we don't expect new property in an older building. There are stairs and no elevator, but the vintage staircase is beautiful.

the woman who gave us the key was wonderful and very helpful even though we didn't speak Spanish very well. the apartment was very clean and nice, and was also comfortably for the night. everything was wonderful even though I booked last-minute day-of because my friend and I got stranded in Portbou
