The room was big and had 2 separate bed rooms

I did not like that it only had 1 entries and exit only one elevator and no parking

Dealt with a few different receptionists who were all very friendly and helpful when it came to recommending places in the area. The room was very spacious, well designed, and nicely decorated with basic needs of an apartment provided. No noise from the street was heard.

The carpets were filthy - heavily worn and stained in many places. Nightstands were covered in dust and heavily scratched. Some toiletry bottles in the bathrooms were not clean and/or empty. Water damage peeking through paint in several areas of the apartment. Could hear everything going on in the apartment next door the second night making it very difficult to sleep! Wi-Fi was not secured with a password but also didn’t work at all (once connected; it said there was no internet for all three days).

A good space for 3 people with a full kitchen. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Luggage storage lockers available when checking out early although we struggled to find one that wasn’t broken. A short walk to Market Street.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure the sheet wasn’t freshly laundered. There were no pillows or duvet covers for the sofa bed. We had to ask for them. The TV needs an HDMI cable to use streaming services. Take slippers- the concrete floor is cold.

Very nice and upscale looking

Parking should be noted for guest. I didn’t know till after parking in another garage that was twice the price.
