The hotel was very clean and comfortable and was in an excellent location near to the ferry terminal. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres La salle de bain est grande et bien équipée Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel et il y a un cocktail de bienvenue dans l’hôtel

La literie pourrait être plus confortable Il faut réserver le parking longtemps à l’avance sinon il n’y a plus de place

"Une nuit dans un hôtel splendide au bord du lac majeur"

Son emplacement idéal dans verbania face au lac dans le centre-ville proche d un parking Elena a la réception nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse nous proposant pour un petit supplément une chambre magnifique et très confortable au 3e étage avec vue sur le lac (les fenêtres double vitrage nous isolent de la rue où il y a beaucoup de circulation)
