Robbie à la réception qui a su faire le nécessaire suite à une erreur de mise à disposition de notre appartement !

La responsable des hameaux de Bellevarde à Val d’Isere ! Qui est une personne qui a mon avis devrait changer de métier ! Elle a été à notre égard d’une inélégance et à la limite menaçante !

Lot of people sitting in the Hall... Lot of noise at night. Only one toilet for a 7 person accomodation....

"Windows and doors very drafty, no light in the shower, had to make our own beds on arrival, coffe machine did not work"

Location to lifts and shops

No parking and no convenient place within 60 metres to drop off. Clearly the staff could do something about it but they choose not too. Very tiresome after a long drive. Option is to pay €110 for a week parking.

All perfect for the price paid. Maybe a second pillow per bed?

Really friendly, helpful staff, Robbie on reception was great. Eary checkout no problem. Very clean. Had spare bedding and 2 balconies. Central location was amazing too! The good things outwayed the bad.

The kitchenette was small for preparing meals for the family. Fine if you're eating out lots though. Lighting was poor in the kitchen and main area.
