The room size

The management were rude. During the night I reported people were disturbing, puching and hitting the next room door, some people arguing and the manager did not do anithing. It was awful! Beside of that, the front desk charged me extra money for two beds, I requested the same rate because it was disclosure on booking. POOR customer service, POOR breakfast and bed sheets stinking. It was unpleasant!

Significant effort has gone into the hotel's recent renovation, resulting in a polished outcome with all systems operating as intended.

My only minor issue was being woken in the middle of the night by nearby children, though once I informed the staff, they handled it promptly and there were no further disturbances.
