Location was great, easy and quick access to the beach and stores. Felt safe. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel felt quite rundown, not luxurious at all like in the pictures. The pool areas are separated on different levels and not handy when traveling with children. You either have to be sitting by the kids pool which is a cement block with a playground in it (not a walk-in / wading pool) or you have to go to the adults pool where kids are not able to play. Both pools are quite small and didn’t give us the pool day experience we were hoping for.

Todo en general fue muy agradable la estancia. Habitación confortable y sin ruidos, ubicación excelente frente a la playa, comida genial, atención del personal estupendo. Mención especial al equipo del servicio de comedor. El cocinero y el jefe de comedor siempre pendientes de todo. La comida de muy alta calidad. Vistas impresionantes desde la cama y desde la terraza. Toallas super agradables.

La primera vez que todo fue 100% bien y no hay nada que reseñar en negativo.

La comida y la atención del personal fue excelente. Los detalles del cava frio y fruta en la habitación me sorprendieron. El encargado del buffet y el chico de recepción eran encantadores. Y las vistas. Estar en la cama viendo y escuchando el mar fue genial.
