Quiet location, our room was upgraded to a family room as there was a mix up by booking.com so was very nice. The room we stayed in must have been recently renovated and was lovely and clean and fresh!

Breakfast was a bit disorganised the second day. And was served too late for us on the last day. Start serving breakfast at 7.30am

Nice traditional style hotel. Staff were friendly and approachable and happy to change my room to one with a bath at check in. I find this is a rarity these days so it was much appreciated. Evening meal in the restaurant was good and I would use this hotel again.

Nice location. Nice room although light sensor in bathroom was annoying.

Evening meal could've been better as steak and leek pie had no leek in it. Burgers were very not very nice, service was rather slow.

Good breakfast just what the doctor ordered. Staff friendly and helpful.

Guy next door to us continually let his room door slam shut (very ignorant wee scroat). I wanted to challenge him about it, but partner talked me out of it. Live and let live.

Hotel was lovely, breakfast catered for everyone & staff very friendly & helpful especially Chloe, she is a credit to the hotel.

Room 21 bathroom has not been thought out properly. Space between shower screen, toilet & towel radiator is far too small. Had to put a towel over the radiator when using toilet to stop buring your knees. Under bed needed a good hoover, far too much dust & various other objects under it.
