The customer service and hospitality were truly exceptional, extending to the neighboring resorts. On my daughter's 21st birthday, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone around the resort celebrated her special day with heartfelt wishes!

It's a small hotel but perfect to just relax. The staff is very kind and the room is enough. The beach is very close and the option of having chairs on the beach as a courtesy from the hotel is great. The beach is simply beautiful and you can stay there the whole day as there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. Particularly, I would recommend the Chalet Suisse, all the staff and the food were absolutely fantastic.

Good value for money. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the outdoor lights shine into the bedroom. We didn’t have blackouts so our bedroom was very light.

I liked Eagle Beach right across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I wish there was a bigger swimming pool to lay out and swim in at times.

When we entered the room we sensed a strong smell. It seemed that someone tried to sanitise the room for something. No we know this was probably a failed attempt to get rid of bed bugs. After the first night my legs were covered with bites and things did not feel right so we decided to check out with one night left. No one asked why we checked out early and it was not after checkout that we pieced things together. You really need to sanitise 104 so no other guests gets this. We spent weeks to sanitise luggage.

The property was small, very convenient and a nice respite from the large hotels in Aruba.

The hotel is in quiet area , beach is few steps away. stuff are very nice , the breakfast is ok , but it’s the same everyday no change. Overall it’s good for the price

This is an older hotel but the location couldn't be better. It was clean, the beds are comfy and towels and chairs are provided at the beach. It's in a quieter area than the high rise area but still close enough that a quick bus ride gets you wherever you want in short order. Walking distance to a couple of casinos, superfood and some nice restaurants. Breakfast is also included and they have a restaurant that provides to go meals perfect to take back to the beach and enjoy. Would stay again.
