部屋はきれいで、立地もよかった。近くに駐車場もあった。洗面台のゴミ受けのところの掃除がしていなく、水が流れなかった。スタッフがいないため、操作がわからない時に戸惑った。

如果你對氣味很敏感，你就要留意了，房間很大，地理位置也不錯，在別府站附近，停車也算方便，附近有停車場，但房間設施不算新，餐檯很舊，床品有污漬，廁所的通風微弱到幾乎不通風，每次去完廁所那臭味都很嚴重！優點是：性價比高，有洗衣機，浴室大，有乾燥功能！

家族旅行で利用しました。室内はきれいでしたが… 特にキッチン周りの清掃が行き届いてないでした。シンク下の引き出しに入っていた食器の下に敷いてあるシートも汚れていて、お箸やスプーンの入ったケースや調理器具などの汚れも気になりました。あとはお風呂に洗面器や座椅子もあれば良いなぁと思いました。
