השירות יוצא מן הכלל. כמות גדולה של עובדים. כולם שירותיים ומסבירי פנים. המלון נקי. בריכות מצויינות. הפארק מים נפלא ולא עמוס. חוויה מצויינת לילדים.

המגוון של האוכל מטורף, אבל איכות האוכל טעונה שיפור. יש מנות ברמה נמוכה מאוד. עדיף לצמצם את המגוון ולהתמקד באיכות. גם הברד והגלידה לילדים לא טעימים. החוף של המלון מדהים לישיבה ומנוחה על הצוק, אבל הגישה למים והחוף עצמו סלעיים ולא ניתנים לגישה, בוודאי לא לילדים.

The place is excellent. But what we liked the most was the staff. From the water park area to the kids entertainment, the reception, the cleaning ladies…everybody was friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad to say.

Very little. You could of been anywhere. Suitable for families but not couples.

The restaurant was like a feeding time at the zoo. Very noisy. The animation team were the same everyday, and didn't always stay with the schedule. Mostly it was just a children's disco.

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, όπως και τα υπόλοιπα γεύματα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευδιάθετο.

Στο δωμάτιο το κρεβάτι (στρώμα) ήταν χάλια. Πρέπει νομίζω σιγά σιγά να αλλαχθούν όλα. Δεν γίνεται τόσο ωραίο ξενοδοχειο και το κρεβάτι να είναι τόσο χάλια. Επίσης η καθαριότητα πρεπει να γινει καλύτερη (δωμάτια) γιατι στους υπόλοιπους χώρους ήταν όλα μια χαρά. Στο δωματιο στο πάτωμα υπήρχαν τρίχες και στο μπάνιο το ίδιο.
