Clean, easy to check in

Had a great stay! No contact with actual staff, but check in with key pickup was easy and the unit was renovated and very clean. I was very comfortable.

Nice and clean. Up to date and very quiet.

Rather surprised at the improvements they have made. Pretty good value for the money in this area of International Falls. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Older property but has been updated nicely. Clean, had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Check-in was different but worked out great. The restaurant across the street had great coffee and a nice selection for breakfast.

I loved the minimalist simplicity of the room. Yet it had everything I could possibly need for a great stay. Hotels in a great location. It was easy to get around. It was about four minutes from a well stocked grocery store and several restaurants. It was very, very clean.

It is next to the river geographically but you can't see or get to the river--obscured by industrial businesses. I didn't like the lack of human contact tho that's as advertised. No brochures or local info provided. Good restaurant across the street.
