This is in a big & extremely noisy hotel! there was so much noise it was impossible to get a decent nights sleep! Being woken up multiple times each night from parties in rooms with loud music, doors, banging loudly and people coming back to their rooms late at night and early hours shouting and screaming and laughing loudly in the corridors to the furniture/chairs being moved around on the floors in the rooms above all day and night and kids running around on the floors in rooms above! This was anything but a relaxing break! Also the lighting in the rooms is very bad/dark so no where to do makeup and hair and no dressing tables with mirrors to sit at either!? Also the dining options are not great. We planned on eating in the hotel a few days for lunch and couple of times in the evenings but we didn’t as there’s no good options for lunch and the only restaurants saw open was the one on the roof top which is Japanese and not a great menu/options! During the day just a casual restaurant with limited choice too! Had to call for security multiple nights due to loud music. Plus the wood floors are such a bad idea. Combining that with no chair leg glides on any of the furniture and walls that are too thin so you hear anyone talking a bit louder than normal. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working so smells would linger. The drain in the bathroom sink was not working properly. On arrival, the sheets for the sofa bed were filthy and had clearly not been changed.

I have stayed at the 1 Hotel before, but never in the residence. Very smooth experience, nice condo, and easy transaction. Looking forward to returning.

The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. It was actually more than I expected and I was impressed with all aspects. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had a custom interior design which set it apart from the regular hotel rooms. We look forward to staying again next spring at this location.
