"A pas grand chose de devenir mon hotel préféré de Madère mais non !"

Il est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent être loin de la ville, très jolie avec de très bon équipement (piscine, sauna etc). Chambre très propre et spacieuse

Un petit déjeuné beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c’est ! Et le problème de retrouve aussi le soir. Un tarif de grand restaurant pour une cuisine classique !

Avoir une piscine intérieur. Buffet de petit déjeuner très copieux. Très propre.

L’accueil, si la personne ne parle pas anglais cela est très compliqué. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de place de parking. Il faut se garer dans la rue

Adorei a simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza e o conforto dos quartos.

A comida em geral deixou muito a desejar...para um hotel de 4 estrelas e mediante o valor por noite, esperava comida de qualidade, sobretudo sendo o valor do buffet 30 euros. Os ovos mexidos não eram mesmo ovos, o puré de batata também não era com batatas, os ingredientes sem grande sabor. A Experiência gastro ómica é muito importante e não correspondeu, nem de perto às expetativas
