Al llegar al hotel me reporto en recepción con mi confirmación de reservación y me dijeron que no había reservación a mi nombre, solamente me otorgaron una habitación para cuatro personas sin respetarme mi precio y reservación

Otra vez cancelaron mi reservación, con esta es la segunda ocasión que me hacen esto, por lo que se aprecia ponen en duda esta aplicación de expedía, nada formal sus reservaciones.

"Excellent"

The place was clean, room ok but the shower needs more water pressure. Suggest they need to put small refrigerator and microwave too. Staff very friendly and helpful.
