The staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was of high quality. The service was top notch. The jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna was top class.

The building is exceptional (19th century grand building fully refurbished). The rooms are big with huge bathrooms and are very high spec. The breakfast is typical (well everything you could expect and all great). The hotel swimming pool is good for lane swimming. Staff are great especially when looking for an ice-pack at 3 am. The resident bar restaurant is very good - food is top quality and the atmosphere more relaxed than a typical restaurant. location is great for seeing the Sligo area and is out of the centre so very quiet

The sound insulation is not as good as i would have expected due to the doors separating rooms I think - although no amount of insulation blocks some peoples snoring I guess.

Location

The hotel was a disgrace. Very old and looks poor and unkept. By far the worse Clayton I have visited and I am a huge Clayton fan

👌☺️ service in restaurant very friendly and quick.But there was a problem with WiFi and connection issues when streaming Netflix . Not enough towels in room but over all cleanness was good 👍

Gym needs upgrade and the same when comes for pool.
