Very kind and accommodating host. She let us leave our luggage early in the morning, even though the room wasn’t ready yet and it was before check-in time. Also the host provided us information regarding best spots in Pisa, offering us a map and useful details. The location is very close to the train station.

There are no mosquito screens on the windows, which meant we had to keep them closed. It would be highly recommended to install insect screens so that the room can be ventilated naturally. The bathroom is extremely cramped, with very little space to place personal items. Although there is plenty of room in the shower cabin for a small shelf for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, none has been installed, so you have to keep them on the floor. I would also suggest replacing the towels with new, high-quality white ones.

Great communication with the host, Michele. Accommodation was short walking distance to/from Pisa train station. Michele provided lots of useful tips on where to visit, including fabulous restaurant recommendations. As well as other really handy information about other destinations in Italy. Perfect for our 1 night stay.

Easy to find, a kind host, good bed snd and a lovely little balcony.

The street below was not desirable but it did not matter as we could soon get somewhere nice.

Stanza super comoda con tv/bollitore/ macchinetta x il caffe x iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto, c anche un piccolo balconcino, vi diro di piu la notte non si sente un minimo rumore, è un posto strategico per chi vuole visitare la città, a 2 passi dalla stazione troverete Bus continui x ogni direzione, nei dintorni della struttura troverete bar/ristoranti ecc due passi dalla ruota panoramica dove c è la via principale fin arrivare alla magica torre, nel traggitto triverete negozi che soddisferanno ogni vostra esigenza... Michele è stato super gentile attento ad ogni dettaglio! Tornerò sicuramente

We stayed in this apartment for three nights. The location is excellent — close to the train station, about a 20-minute walk from the airport, with shops nearby, and the tower is also within walking distance. The area itself seems like one you’d better avoid walking around in the evening, as there are quite a few people you wouldn’t want to cross paths with on the same street. The apartment looks just like in the photos, but it needs some renovation. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow and blanket smelled damp because there was no heating — the only radiator was in the bathroom. The towels were all different colors and had stains, not from dirt but seemingly from some kind of chemicals (it would be good to replace them). The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and a coffee machine. I was surprised by the sink faucet — for some reason, it’s angled downwards, which makes it very inconvenient to wash your hands or fill the kettle. I liked the fireplace in the room; it creates a cozy atmosphere and makes the place feel less damp, especially with the dark walls. Overall, the apartment isn’t bad, but for the same price, you can find much better options. The owner was very kind and showed us many places on the map, explaining where everything was located.
