Checked in with a group, rooms were mixed up, singles got double beds, doubles got singles, mold in my first room along floor board with white spores growing in the mold near the bed, floor boards are spongy as if water has gotten underneath and the boards are lifting, asked for room switch, was given a room which the group already reported smelled like smoke, front desk gentleman took offense to me questioning if the room they were giving me was the same room reported as smelling like smoke, his response “you think I would give you a room that smell like smoke, we had housekeeping clean it”, it still smells like smoke, I am experiencing sinus issues and I would not recommend this hotel.

Aucun accueil du personnel , ni bonjour ni au revoir rien à la réception limite désagréable et très froid !! Concernant l’hôtel c’est un 2 étoile et non 4 étoile aucun service proposé , doit être remis au goût du jour car ce n’est pas trop ça lit pas confortable , poubelle cassé dans la chambre , douche et mobilier bas de gamme , la tv ne propose aucune application et que des chaîne local. L’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de sa réputation ni de ses étoiles très très déçu au vu de leurs tarif j’aurais préféré dormir ailleurs , je me sent un peu escroqué mais bon , point positif le ménage et fait régulièrement sinon je n’en voit pas d’autre.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially if you are flying into Faro and planning to take the train the next day, for example to Lagos, which is what I did. It is an ideal place for an overnight stay in between travels. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can also have breakfast, which is a really nice experience. During breakfast there was live piano music, which created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I also felt very safe during my stay, partly thanks to the presence and professionalism of the reception staff. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
