Location, 24 hour staff who provided assistance to locate a mid-priced restaurant on a busy Fri night. Had a washer and dryer in room.

Had a kitchen with large oven and stove top but no equipment. Had to ask reception even for a kettle and toaster. Had planned to cook stir fry and rice, but seemed too difficult to ask for all cooking utensils required.

I had a wonderful stay at the Executive Cosmopolitan Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, and they truly made me feel at home. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect. In 10 minutes you're in Union Station, in 20 minutes in CN tower, etc. The staff are very nice. The room has everything, in case you need something, the workers help you. The ladies clean the room everyday and there are 2 bottles of water (free)

There aren't any cleaning cloths. In general it was a good accommodation
