Friendly staff, easy communication, large clean room fully equipped, plenty of natural light, great location. I would gladly go back.

Shower had some black spots which should be treated.

The room was like a mini apartment Mini kitchen, clothes washing facilities, lounge area with sofa and TV, along with the extra view of the CN Tower. Perfectly located 10 minutes walk from Union Bus Station, and around 20 minutes to downtown Toronto. Excellent hotel. I would recommend it, and return again if I visited Toronto.
