Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto

Very very friendly staff. Nice sized apartment, with washing machine and dryer too.

It’s a little tired, some things just need a little more cleaning - like underneath things!! Some of the furniture were broken/damaged. We were left with marked towers - hair colouring etc and on them being replaced one of the towels was ripped.! No furniture on the balcony and balcony floor could be painted or covered to enhance the aesthetics.

Really great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. The view was nice too. We saw some reviews about the lack of elevators and the wait but it was absolutely fine.

I didn’t feel that the sofa bed was prepared as it appeared to have an old bedsheet. Sofa bed very squeaky but other than that, all great

The good thing about the Executive is that it has amazing water pressure, and the size of the suite is large for what is normally available for the area. The tradeoff is that the room is not well maintained. My room had not been painted since I think before the unit was converted from a condo to a hotel, and it was in poor condition, the handle for the toilet was not attached and had to be held on to flush, the headboard for the bed was delaminating, and the desk was in rough condition, in addition to not being wiped clean before my arrival. I will look better maintained units on my next visit.

Our first impressions were not great with this hotel. Whilst the photos look very new it’s a little run down and in need of some modernisation. There’s building work going on one side which just happened to be right outside our bedroom window. We did complain due to the noise and the staff were great and offered to move our rooms. All reception staff were lovely and friendly, rooms well equipped and in a great location! Most of the main attractions within walking distance, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was very quiet

The price was way too expensive. The ceiling in the room had leak stains in kitchen and ovee the bed. The room was not clean and the bathroom was even worse.
