I came to Ortigia for Festa Santa Lucia and stayed at this wonderful hotel which is next to the Duomo. My room was spacious and very clean. The entire staff at the hotel is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Roberto, Erminia, Bruna e Fabrizio tanto piacere conoscirti, grazie mille, a presto!

Ne répond pas aux attentes . Les services ne sont pas au niveau de la beauté des installations et de l'emplacement. Mauvais rapport Qualité/prix

Diner "Etoilé Michelin" non mérité ! De plus, fraicheur très douteuse de certains plats. A la sortie du diner, démarrant une promenade dans le Centre ville, nous avons dû rechercher de toute urgence pour trouver des toilettes pour désordres intestinaux violents! Mon épouse en a souffert toute la nuit et le lendemain. Relatant cet incident auprès du Directeur de l'Hôtel, celui çi s'est montré indifférent à cet événement qui ne l'a guère troublé ! Manifestement, hôtel exploitant le surtourisme actuel.
