Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec une machine à gaufres. Très propre. Salle de bain spacieuse. Bien insonorisé.

IL n'y avait pas de café fort comme nous le prenons en Europe.

The front desk assistant was nice and friendly. The entire front area was warm and welcoming. Easy acces to the elevators and our room was close that we didn't have a long walk.

One of the elevators squeaked and made noises while we rode in it. It was unsettling to my daughter because she fears being trapped. Other than that there were no issues.

Better towels and breakfast

Beautiful, clean Variety at breakfast was great. Indoor pool.

Breakfast egg on bagel was cold. In November the pool was cold. I swam even cold but I was determined. Pool is why I stayed there.

Needs updating. Carpets very worn in many places. Need plug outlets on both sides of the bed but…that’s every hotel Walls are thin so you could hear other guests in the hallways

The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good. I like the proximity of the hotel to downtown.

The water did not drain quickly from the tub and sink. Also, the noise for cars with loud mufflers could be heard throughout the night from our room. I do realize that this is not under the hotel's staff control. The juice machine at the breakfast station did not dispense apple juice. I think it was not calibrating properly.
