Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa

Já tínhamos estado no Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa no ano passado e, nessa altura, a experiência foi melhor. Este ano sentimos uma quebra clara em vários pontos, apesar de continuarem a existir aspectos positivos. A localização é excelente e a vista é fantástica. No geral, gostámos da estadia. A limpeza foi boa, a piscina estava limpa, as áreas comuns estavam bem cuidadas e o Spa foi um dos pontos altos: muito agradável, bem organizado e com boas condições. Os funcionários, no geral, foram atenciosos, e nos bares fomos quase sempre muito bem tratados, com empregados simpáticos, disponíveis e prontos a ajudar. No entanto, houve falhas importantes para um hotel de 5 estrelas. A restauração foi um dos pontos mais fracos. O buffet pareceu-nos pouco variado e muito virado para um estilo americano/internacional, com muitos fritos, comida reaquecida, pratos com molhos pesados e pouca variedade real ao longo dos dias. Em vários almoços e jantares sentimos repetição de comida, sem grande renovação da oferta. Mesmo os grelhados tinham frequentemente bastante gordura e houve situações em que a comida foi entregue mal cozinhada pelo grelhador, o que não é aceitável num hotel desta categoria. O serviço de mesa no buffet também foi irregular. Na esplanada, os empregados esqueceram-se várias vezes das bebidas pedidas. As mesas eram preparadas de forma incompleta: por exemplo, ao pequeno-almoço colocavam talheres, mas não colocavam chávenas de café, obrigando os clientes a levantarem-se e a ir buscar o que faltava. Isto aconteceu mesmo fora das horas de maior movimento, pelo que não pode ser explicado apenas pela afluência. Outro aspecto que nos incomodou foi a sensação, em algumas ocasiões, de tratamento diferenciado. Houve momentos em que parecia que outros clientes recebiam mais atenção, enquanto nós tínhamos de insistir ou levantar-nos para resolver situações simples.

Hotel com óptimas condições, o buffet muito bom e o staff bastante simpático e atencioso. Óptima localização.

O restaurante La Sal de la Vida não vale a pena! De italiano não tem nada.

A las 7.30h mañana. Las hamacas ya están ocupadas. Por las toallas Decepcionada. Un hotel de estas características pésimo. La comida Mal siempre lo mismo

You pay 5 star receive 1 star service. It is big dissapointment Everything started great until i wanted to go to beach , they asked me 15 eur for a towel, I knew it from check in but no one told me cash only. I had no cash i wanted to pay with card , not accepted, put on my room not accepted. They have not looked ir iffered for solution. They told me to go to the ATM to get money. A supervisor came she confirmed. I paid for 2 nights big money. My heart was broken to get such a treatment and my Sunday spoiled to get humiliated for a towel... . Is this Spanish Hospitality? This is not a 5 star service . this is depressing.. everything else is very average, the rooms facikities.... The staff was nice they told me this decision was from their higher management... anyway I put complaint with Andalousian Tourist center

Todo nos a gustado

Only stayed for 2nights to meet up with family during their 1 week stay so didn’t necessarily make the most of the all inc. Super facilities and all the amenities you’ll need. Lovely staff. Loads of room around the pool area. Delicious rotisserie chicken at the snack bar for lunch.

Pretty spacious room, and everything clean. Even though everyone was reserving sunbeds near the pool from early morning, there were enough sunbeds to use. The food options during the dinner are very nice. Really enjoyed that each night had a different theme. It was still low season, which made the stay calmer and not so crowded, which was great.

Breakfast food is always the same. Lunch is not as good as dinner. The staff at the bar was refusing to make Mojito or Pina Colada without alcohol. They said only with alcohol 😅 you had only 4 cocktails with no alcohol to chose from, and they were basically the same thing but with different flavour syrup. The gym operating hours from 10am to 8 pm made it impossible for me to use it. It would be great to have the gym open all day, or at least from 7am, so the people who wake up early could take advantage and get some exercise before the day kicks in.
