Lo mejor el personal, muy agradables. Camas muy cómodas, muy buena ubicación y la piscina espectacular

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff have been very helpull, especially the reception staff. Food was delicious and the restaurand offered a wide variaty. Restaurant was always clean. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff very polite and proffesional.

We really enjoyed our stay but we could not rest as the mattress was very hard and the pillows were lumpy. We do understand that these matters are more of a subjective preferrence, that is why we did not complained about it. Also as suggestions, some umbrellas or anything to create some shaddow on the terraces with the jacuzzi would be great as it gets too hot to enjoy it during the day. And from someone that appreciates a good coffee, the bar in the lobby could benefit from a better coffee and/or machine as its such a shame as the lobby ambient is so relaxing and amazing for coffee/ cocktail.

Very clean, lovely pool and lazy river. The food was what you expect from a buffet. I'm gluten free and there were things I could eat, although no desserts - ice cream excluded.

The buffet meals were great. Fantastic location, straight from the pool over a couple of cycle lanes to the beach. Plenty of good value restaurants around if you want to eat out. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel brought a cake to the room for my birthday. The lazy River around the pool was great.

The room. We paid for a room with living area and outdoor whirlpool. The room was smaller than expected and quite dated. The outdoor area was not what I would expect for the price. Water was not replenished at all. Outdoor sunbeds were basic and there was no table. The outdoor space was huge, but there was nothing in it. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There were no apps on the TV’s to watch Netflix etc.

O hotel e piscina muito bons com praia em frente.

Casa de banho antiga não tao requintada com o restante espaço e pequeno almoço e jantar com refeições pouco aprimoradas.

Comida excepcional, el personal encantador, la piscina muy original. El Todo Incluido está bastante bien, muy recomendable. Einstein tenía razón, el tiempo es relativo... Se nos ha pasado volando!

Por poner alguna pega, no había café descafeinado de máquina en el buffet de desayuno aunque luego lo podemos tomar en el bar de la piscina, así que casi no importa. Y el tema de la reserva de las hamacas con toallas a las 8 de la mañana... En fin.. el hotel debería tomar medidas.

Las almohadas incomodisimas y la comida muy repetitiva y mala preparación en la mayoría de los platos por esa parte deja mucho lo demás del hotel bien
