The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the swimming pool is free and is available between the start of May and the end of September. The pool is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel. Please note the breakfast timetables: - Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 10:30; - Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00. Early breakfast is available upon previous request, at least 24 hours prior. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

"NH Lisboa Liberdade... As good as it gets!"

I cannot remember a hotel experience, where our needs and comfort were cared for this meticulously, from booking to every aspect of our stay. In making our reservation with Elaine Coelho and Mariana Ramos, they totally understood they type of rooms we desired for ourselves and our 28 year old son. They delivered on a level that exceeded any expectation's we could possibly have had... we totally loved our room and felt pampered at every turn. Ines Rodrigues and Luiz Almeida at the front office made every aspect of out trip effortless from diner and sailing reservations to arranging the best transfer accommodations from and to the airport; we truly felt like rock stars. The hotel itself is in the best part of the city an easy walk to al the best restaurants and shops. And as someone who's occupation entails dealing with hotel guestroom design day-in and day-out, the guestroom decor s is a good as it gets, classic contemporary at its best, simple, elegant and comfortable. "Tolles Hotel um Lissabon zu entdecken!"

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Man merkt die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt, aber durch das Personal noch immer sehr gepflegt und sauber.

"The best location on beautiful Libertade Ave."

Great hotel in prime location surrounded by luxury stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar had a magnificent view of the city. The hotel is located near many good restaurants which are in walking distance. NH Collection is on Libertade Ave which is picturesque with its beautiful trees, parks and quaint outdoor cafes. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, spacious room for 3 of us. Friendly staff at the bar in lobby

Dark breakfast room. Didn’t get to use all facilities as we arrived late at night & checked out next morning to move to our other hotel.
