Helpful staff

Room was on the side facing parking lot at the end of the row across from the ice machine and a dark stairwell. Very unsatisfactory location. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable as were the pillows. Room was clean; I left some items there and they kindly contacted me with pictures of the items, which I decided to have them discard. So, I was happy with staff, unhappy with room location and furnishings.

The bed was very comfortable, room had everything we needed, very quite loved the window seat looking over harbor

the door to the bathroom was too big for the room, no elevator

Location was ok. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Walls are paper thin,we could hear the people in the rooms next to us quite clearly... Not good when we wanted to sleep!!!

Close to the beach

Room was small tv glitch never was given any WiFi password floor was dirty lights under the bed didn’t work ac was broken
