I've stayed at hotel several times........elevator was not working most of the time....being older it was hard walking up & down stairs, breakfast was so-so, you need to check on your employees, having owned my own business for many years, I could see where improvement was needed. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again.

Almost everything could be improved......

The room was always clean.

After eating breakkfast there 3 of the 4 morning there, I felt sick and had stomach distress. Also the water machine produced funny tasting water. Then it was broken the following day. Sometimes the orange juice tasted sour as well. There were roofers who were above me on the 3rd floor starting after 7:30 am. It was noisy and I couldn't sleep in to adjust to the time zone change. The pillows on the bed were all too firm, like rubber. I had to take the scratch towels to make a softer pillow. Finally, my room was right by the elevator. I asked before I went to the room, not to be next to the elevator because it was very noisy the last time I was there. This time the issue was the elevator was only working randomly, but it also had an extended loud sound that would go off and on during the evening and the next day (for 2 days). When I called to complain about it, all they said there was nothing they could do about it. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

It was quiet. Staff was very nice. Especially when we checked in. We really appreciate early check in. We had to get ready for funeral services.

Inside needs painting. Bed needs to be replaced.
