The hotel has a wonderful garden where you can relax. A swimming pool and loungers are available. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and the ocean.

Unfortunately, our room was infested with cockroaches, so we had to change rooms. The rooms need renovation. The staff speaks to guests in German. Even the greeting card was written in German.

"O hotel surpreendeu bastante pela positiva."

Hotel muito agradável, com jardins grandes, bonitos e extremamente bem cuidados. Ambiente muito calmo e familiar. Funcionários simpáticos, muito prestáveis para atender às nossas necessidades/solicitações. A zona da piscina é muito boa e as espreguiçadeiras são muito confortáveis. Perto da praia, restauração e supermercado. Todo o hotel estava limpo. Oferta de pequeno almoço e jantar variada.

Conforto das camas e gostava que houvesse mais oferta de fruta variada.

El hotel está genial y el personal muy amable

No me informaron de que las bebidas de la cena (con media pensión) no estaban incluidas y se pagaban aparte. Por lo demás todo ok

TOUT ! Cadre magnifique , personnel serviable et toujours très agréable .Petit déjeuner copieux , buffet du soir assez varié. Salle de restaurant agréable ainsi que la terrasse et la piscine,.spectacle tous les soirs Plage à 100 mètres et les dunes de maspalomas à 10 minutes en voiture Nous étions en famille et reviendrons sans hésiter .

La location du coffre fort 2 euros par jour

Przepiękny hotel, inny od wszystkich w okolicy. Dużo zieleni, wspaniała obsługa, duże pokoje i codzienne animacje. W restauracji śniadania i obiady były bardzo dobre i urozmaicone.

W pokojach brak czajnika i szklanek, żeby niż sobie zrobić kawę lub herbatę.

Personal súper simpático y súper atento. Tuve un problema con la televisión que arreglaron al momento y las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones. Resaltar el buffet de desayuno, muy sobresaliente

"Estado de las habitaciones"

La ubicación, el jardín, la piscina, las actividades

Las habitaciones deben ser actualizadas, están muy anticuadas, las barandillas de las terrazas no están muy sujetas y algunas podrían correr peligro si se apoya alguna persona. Puertas están igualmente muy anticuadas

como se puede ver en las imagenes el hotel es un paraiso tropical. Pero me gustaria destacar la atencion del personal, la dedicación y el entusiasmo que le ponen para que tu experiencia sea lo mas placentera posible.
