The rooms are nice but if you move the thermostat up to 72 the heat will kick on. Still don't understand that.

Front desk person was not friendly & never made eye contact with me while I was checking in. She just rambled off the instructions.

The breakfast was good and hot. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was super clean and our view was amazing.

There was some type of soccer tournament and the kids were in the lobby (with their parents), but they were soooo loud. I understand they’re kids but to be as loud as they were, it was very disturbing. The parents would try and quiet them down, but it wouldn’t last but a few moments. The lobby is very everyone to enjoy, but we left due to them being so loud.

The comfort it's really good, the view at the soccer camp and the wheel it's nice too.

The Black girl was in the reception this night it's a rude girl. II don't speak English perfectly and when I arrived at night, I told him that I had checked in at noon, but they only had one of the two rooms I had reserved ready, so I needed to check in for the second room, to which with an annoyed face, his response was: "I don't understand you", that's when I got annoyed and repeated everything slowly, out loud, miraculously something happened that now she understood EVERYTHING!

"Excellent"

The staff really helped us out with our issues. First off, our room smelled like smoke, so we called the front desk, and they sent someone right away to check it out and gave us another room. Then, our TV had a little problem, and they fixed it fast. Finally, at the end of our stay, the AC unit started making a loud noise, like it was about to break. We called them, and they checked it out. Things happen, but they were super helpful the whole time. We've stayed here a bunch, and we always come back because it's always a good experience.
