"Stunning property for a relaxing stay."

Stunning property with spacious rooms and beautiful pool area. Calm neighborhood, nice staff, and good internet connection!

The property was a bit far from the city centre, but we knew it when we booked. It would be nice if the hotel had a bar/restaurant, but there are plenty of options in the city centre.

Beautiful historic villa with many seating areas by the pool and under covered lanais. Pool and pool table were great amenities for visiting with friends. Access to the kitchen and grocery store a block away was an added bonus.

"Comfortable and functional."

Colonial style house rather than a hotel...access to communal kitchen. Nice pool area. Great rooms.

Bit noisy as on a main road on the edge of town. No parking other than on street. Need a car to get in out of town. No restaurant facility or breakfasts.

"The best Mexican experience"

We don’t have enough words to express how great this place is. It is worth to travel to Mexico just to stay in Villa Merida hotel for a truly Mexican experience. The place is a beautiful traditional hacienda, arranged in great style, with all needed amenities. The location is also great (some 20 mins walk from the main center) and in a safe neighbourhood. Host Batiste is very helpful and will do his best to make you feel most welcome. Thanks a lot to Batiste for a fantastic stay and we are looking forward to visit Merida again!
